We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. We use the information you give us to ensure that we can provide you with the information and/or customer service(s) that you need.

Your IP Address
Hubbell-RACO.com collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to generate information, and to audit the use of our site. Once a page is requested from Hubbell-RACO.com, our servers log your IP address. Automatic Information
Like many Web sites, we use "cookies." A number of companies offer utilities designed to help you visit sites anonymously. We are not able to offer that level of personalized attention; however we want you to be aware that those tools exist.

You may choose not to accept cookies; however, we will be unable to provide you with some information and services, such as, but not limited to, login and registration.

What about Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and allow you to log into our website to access certain information.

The cookies left on your hard drive contain no personal information whatsoever. It is a randomly generated series of numbers that we cross-reference to your registration information.

The "help" portion the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, to access certain information and use all of the features of our website, you will need to enable cookies. For more information about enabling cookies, please see the account help section.

What does RACO do with the information it receives?

Any information received by RACO will be stored, and only used by RACO and its authorized affiliates (sales reps, etc.). Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling such information to others.
