KWIK-BRACE™ New Construction Braces for Light Fixture or Ceiling Fan Support

RACO 926-1 and 926 KWIK-BRACE is used in new-work installations to hang a ceiling fan or light fixture between joints prior to installation of sheetrock.
Features
- Designed for installation between standard joists, trusses, or I-beam shaped engineered joists.
- Positioning flanges provide quick and accurate mounting of brace with no guesswork or measurement in 1/2" sheetrock applications.
- Locating marks on positioning flanges make positioning brace on centerlines easy.
- Break off tabs provide quick positioning for 3/4" and 1" sheetrock applications.
- Patented friction-fit brace design allow for hands-free mounting, saving time and labor.
- Knockouts located in bottom of box allows for easy wiring in and/or out of box. Entering cable from bottom of box protects wiring from damage by other finish construction trades.
- Includes U L Listed INSIDER™ non-metallic sheathed cable connector, which simply snaps in from the inside of box.
- Box is fully adjustable along length of brace and will accommodate joist spacing from 16" to 24".
- Rugged design boasts outstanding static and dynamic load ratings.
